White Fused Corundum is made of high quality aluminum powder. First, the raw material is smelted in the arc furnace under the temperature above 2000. Then after cooling, the processed material is grinded in the mill. Last, through magnetic separation iron, we get the finished particle products of different size. White fused corundum is not only has the feature of high hardness/ solidity, relative low flexibility, high purity, high grinding force, but also small calorific value, anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance, good heat endurance etc. 

 Application:

AS ABRASIVES

White fused alumina, used as consolidation&coating abrasives, wet or dry sprayed grit,is suitable for the ultra-precise grinding&polishing in the crystal and electronic industry and can be used to produce high-grade refractories. It is suitable to machine high stiffness and high tensile strength materials such as chilled steel,alloyed steel, high-speed steel, high carbon steel ,etc. In addition, it can be used as catalyst, insulator, precise foundry sand,etc.
